As a new-generation leader whose focus is leading with kindness and love, and don’t forget accountability, are you leading to this new standard at all times? You know the drill…either you are, or you’re not. It’s easy to revert to the old leadership style of force and coercion, when timelines are short or when a deliverable is at risk of being missed.
